Tear Out and Rehab!

These are progress photos of a Hardwood Flooring project in Iowa City where the customer was not at all satisfied with the tile that existed in the house they had purchased.  Top Shelf believes in restoring over replacing and saving over wasting.  For a third of the cost of a new floor we rehabilitated the floors under the existing tiles.
