These are custom designed, cut, and installed Walnut floors laid in a beautiful historic home overlooking the Iowa River in Iowa City.  The owner asked for something "unique" that fit the style, period, and distinction of the residence. We believe we delivered! 

These floors, while beautiful and intricate, are surprisingly affordable.  This is because Top Shelf is able to construct all pieces on-site rather than purchase expensive and generic looking inlays.  Another example of how top notch skill saves money.

These are a few examples of projects Top Shelf has done over the past year or so.  The First is a beautiful bathroom remodel we did start to finish.  This picture was taken to showcase the tile floor/custom tile shower.
